A little introduction to Pilates:
Pilates is a type of mental exercise developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after which it is named. Pilates calls his method “Control”. It is practiced all over the world, especially in Western countries such as Australia, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. As of 2005, there were 11 million regular practitioners and 14,000 instructors in the United States.
Pilates has really helped me tone my body and strengthen all the little muscles. I find this a great way to work out strength, balance, and core and I hope you do too!
