I asked you questions about health, goals, and what inspires all of us, but today I wanted to know how it feels right for you. Some of us may have just started our fitness journey and others have been pursuing their fitness goals for a while, but we all have different ideas about what to do. For me, exercise isn’t about looking like you’re in shape. I love exercising because I feel stronger, more balanced, and it really improves my mood. Do you have the same feeling after a workout? I find that if I stick with my workout, change my posture, I feel more confident, I FEEL!
